I understand that your personal health and questions are confidential. I take them seriously, know that your health issues may be sensitive and will treat your data as confidential.

When you complete a health form at any of my venues
When you book a service at any of my venues
When you visit any venue to attend a class
When you redeem a gift card at any of my venues
When you engage with me on social media, or click a link on my website
When you contact me by any means with queries
When you choose to complete any feedback requests or surveys I send you
When you’ve given a third party permission to share with me the information they hold about you
When you use any venue which may have CCTV systems operated for the security of both customers and Partners. These systems may record your image during your visit

Use of personal information - I ask for your personal health data to safely book you into classes, private lessons and courses.  I do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do I collect or retain any information other than as required for the provision of my products or services. This information is stored securely and destroyed on request when you no longer require access.

Marketing communications - You have the option to sign up to my newsletter where you are consenting to receive marketing communications from me about latest news, upcoming events and special offers. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

Subject Access Request - You have a right to request what data is held on you (known as Subject Access Request). Please contact me at yogi.cbee@gmail.com and I will get full details to you in the required 30 days (hopefully much quicker).

Third parties - I will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. I use the following third party data processors who are based outside the EU, but who are protected by the Privacy Shield, which allows them to store EU data on US soil with the GDPR.

I use Mailchimp as my newsletter provider. Their Privacy policy can be accessed here

Google Analytics - I may compile statistics about the use of my venues using Google Analytics including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you. Security of information - The personal information we collect on my website is stored in secure environments that are not available to the public. I will protect your personal information no matter where I process or store your data.

Changes to my policy - I do review and revise this policy when believed necessary. I reserve the right to change it at any time and, should this occur, the amendment will be posted here on my website.
